Doušková, Lucie ; Drlík, Michal (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis focuses on mapping the service department at Bystronic Czech Republic s.r.o. and optimizing it to improve future process conditions. Optimization will include a solution design to improve the functionality of the department so that business goals can be achieved. The evaluation is based on a comparison of data of past periods using a process approach. The introduction describes the analytical and optimization tools from which the data will be used to design the most appropriate solution.
Costs of low kvality
Pavlíková, Michaela ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is area of costs for non-conforming products in industrial company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a system analysis of the current state of the specific issues and a proposal to create a system for monitoring the cost of low quality in manufacturing proces. Some preview into quality management is itemized in the introductory part. I also describe the management of nonconforming products, with which I was able to analyze the collected data and develop a solution in the final part. Next I did an analysis of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and I did an analysis of cost of low quality in this company. The data obtained from the cost analysis I proceed with the help of quality tools and I was carried out their evaluation. In the final part I evaluated the results and proposed several recommendations for improving current processes in the company.
Functional failures dependance to measuring system of assembly lines DRV 2.
Barták, Pavel ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is focused on assembly of pressure regulation valve (DRV) which is part of injection system Common Rail produced in company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. The purpose of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of assembly process effects, components for failures when functionally checked and suggestion of solution to minimize them. After practical part there was focused on assembly process to get necessary data. On the base of these data direction of analysis was followed, as the measurement of claimed components in Bosch Diesel laboratories. After the evaluation the countermeasures were proposed which some of them were implemented in production and subsequently analysed.
Proposal for the Manufacturing Process with Focusing on Elimination of Unnecessary Control Activities
Raiskupová, Dagmar ; Budinszky, Csaba (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The thesis deals with a proposal to change the production process by eliminating the redundant control activities. The first part of the thesis presents various possible theoretical approaches for this issue. It is followed by familiarisation with the concerned production company. The second part is the analytical part where the carried out activities of a particular automotive production unit are identified. These control activities are investigated and then either omitted or authorized. Finally the root causes for the fact that those activities have not already been eliminated are found.
Quality assurance in the production of lubrication aggregates
Karbus, Filip ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on quality assurance of lubrication aggregates in the company Tribotec, spol, s.r.o. The main objective is to propose a solution leading to the reduction of the number of non-conforming pieces in production by applying quality assurance tools. The introductory chapters describe the basis of quality management, quality assurance of lubrication aggregates in the cooperating company and the quality tools used to reduce non-conforming pieces. The application of these tools is based on two weeks of observation. The next section includes a description of the technical equipment and an analysis of the lubrication aggregate manufacturing process. The main contribution of this paper is a suggestion for process modification in the assembly of lubrication units. The proposed measures led to a reduction in the number of non-conforming pieces.
